Your access to and use of FATHER’S TIME™ is subject to the terms of the agreement below (the "Agreement"). By applying for access and or services from this website, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, and are agreeing to be legally bound by them. To accept the terms and conditions, to be bound by them and to gain access to FATHER’S TIME, please read the Agreement before indicating your acceptance by clicking the box below.
This Agreement is entered into between the End-user / Consumer, of the services of the Father’s Time website and holder of a valid username and password that is used to access www.FathersTime.com, "Subscriber", and Father’s Time, Inc. ("Father’s Time") regarding ("FathersTime.com"), and Father’s Time’s software services, including Level: Mobile.
1. License
a. Grant.
Subscriber is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access the website Father’sTime.com and to use Level: Mobile and various Father’s Time-owned and third party data, forms, databases, services, functions, materials, systems, and remotely-accessed gateways (collectively "Features") which may change from time to time. Access to certain Features may be restricted. Where applicable, Subscriber is provided herein with a limited license to use the data and software applications made available on FathersTime.com subject to the terms stated herein.
